Terms and conditions of Gade Masonry and Landscaping Services

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Gade Masonry and Landscaping (“Gade”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) in relation to the use of our landscaping services at Cape Cod and other Massachusetts locations.

You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policies by using our services. You should not use our services if you don’t agree with these Terms.

These Terms may be changed at any time. You are responsible for checking them regularly. Continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms will signify your acceptance of them.

Services

We offer landscaping, masonry and hardscaping services to residential and commercial properties.

We will send you a written estimate of the services that we offer. It will include an itemized listing of the services and associated costs.

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and we will only use satisfactory materials.

While we will make every effort to finish the services as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Payment

If the work is not completed, payment for our services must be made in full.

You must inform us within seven days of the completion of work if you are unhappy with our services. We will make every effort to resolve any problems, but if that is not possible, we will refund you for the services provided to your satisfaction.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time prior to us starting work. However, you are responsible for all costs incurred by Gade as a result.

After work has started, you can cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the Terms. You will still be responsible for any services rendered up to the cancellation date.

Limitation on Liability

Gade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or any loss of profits, revenue, or business arising from or in connection to the provision of our services.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss you suffer as a result either of our breaching these Terms or our negligence.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim that may arise from or in connection with them, will be governed exclusively by the laws Massachusetts.

All disputes arising from or connected with these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction Massachusetts courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entirety of the agreement between you, Gade Masonry, and Landscaping regarding the use our services. They supersede any previous agreements or understandings between us.
